Sealed Tenders are invited in two bid systems from Indian and foreign manufacturers or their authorized agents in India for the supply of GPS Collars and Equipment containing details of the required technical specifications of the above equipment and terms & conditions may be obtained from the Cashier of the Institute against a cash payment of Rs. 300/- towards cost of each Tender Form or can be down loaded (free of cost) from the Institute’s web site www.wii.gov.in. Bid should be submitted alongwith a copy of authorization certificate from OEM in a token of proof of having been authorized by the former to sell their products failing which, it would be deemed as an incomplete bid and no cognizance thereof would be taken.
The last date for selling the Tender Documents is 10th August,, 2007 and that for submission of the Technical and Financial Bids along with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of required amount is 17th August, 2007 up to 1500 hrs. The Tenders will be opened on 17th August, 2007 at 1530 hrs. at this Institute in presence of vendors/their authorized representatives who wish to be present.
The Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehra Dun, reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons.
