Invitations for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Digital Audio-Visual Presentation on
Wildlife Institute of India (WII)

                                                                                                                            

Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited from reputed and competent Audio-Visual Agencies having creative content production capability and technical systems integration skills for providing the following products and services relating to Audio Visual Presentation for the WII, a premier Training and Research Institution in the field of Wildlife Conservation:

 

  1. Conversion of existing nine projector multi-image audio visual presentations to the digital Dataton Watchout format.
  2. Production of a new digital Dataton Watchout audio visual presentation based on a creative brief to be provided by WII.
  3. Equipping of campus auditorium with suitable projection systems  for presentations of the above Dataton Watchout audio visual presentations to visitors as per the Technical specifications to be provided by the WII.

 

The EOI should provide the following information/details/supporting documents;

 

  1. Details of projects of similar nature executed by the agency in the last three years

  2. Organizational infrastructure and detailed profile of the agency.

  3. Professional competence and expertise of the key personnel associated with the agency (Please attach the CVs of key personnel).

  4. Agency should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 1.00 crores during the last three years (Please attach the Balance Sheets for last 3 years).

Agencies fulfilling the above requirements and on the basis of their strong credentials/technical ability will be shortlisted and invited to receive a creative brief and to make a presentation to WII before making a technical/commercial bid.

 

The EOI along with requisite documents should reach the office of Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Chandrabani, Dehradun - 248 001 latest by 1500 hrs on 12th February, 2007. The EOI should be sent in a sealed envelope superscribed "Expression of Interest for Audio Visual Presentation".

 

The applications containing EOI would be opened at 1600 Hrs on 15th February 2007 in presence of participating agencies who wish to be present.
