Tender Notice
Wildlife Institute of India (WII) is an Autonomous Institution under the Ministry of Environment & Forests, Government of India intends to enter into a ‘Rate contract’ for purchase of Conference Bags. Tender document indicating specifications of bags and terms and conditions etc. may be obtained from the Cashier, WII, Dehradun by paying Rs.250/- (Rupees Two hundred and fifty only) as tender cost of the tender document in cash or by demand draft in favour of Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun OR the tender document can be downloaded from the institute’s website www.wii.gov.in. In case the tender document is downloaded from the Institute’s website, then it is free of cost. The last date of sale of tender document is 21.9.2007.
The tender document in two bid system i.e. (i) Technical bid along with samples of the bag and (ii) Financial bid should be submitted to the Office of the Administrative Officer, Wildlife Institute of India, P.O. Box 18, Chandrabani, Dehradun – 248 001 by 28.9.2007 upto 1500 hrs. The Technical bid will be opened on the same (28.9.2007 at 1600 hrs) in the presence of vendors or their authorized representative, who decided to be present. The Director, WII reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons.
