Tender for the Evaluation Study of Wildlife Institute of India (WII) Dehradun
Sealed Tenders are invited under ‘Two Bid System’ (Technical and Commercial in separate envelopes) from reputed Consultants/Institutions for undertaking the independent evaluation study of Wildlife Institute of India (WII) as per the assigned mandate/objectives and to suggest appropriate measures for fuller realization of its potential. The Technical Bid should contain the information and supporting documents on the following:
i. Details of evaluation studies of similar nature undertaken by theagency in the last three years.
ii. Organizational infrastructure and detailed profile of the agency.
iii. Professional competence and expertise of the key personnel associated with the agency
(Please attach the CVs of key personnel).
3. The detailed Terms of References, purpose of evaluation, methodology, outputs etc . can be downloaded from the Website of the Institute www.wii.gov.in .
4. The Commercial Bid should contain total cost for the evaluation study (All inclusive) plus tax if any. The Technical/commercial bids in separate sealed envelopes should reach the Office of Director, Wildlife Institute of India, PO Box No. 18, Chandrabani, Dehradun (Uttaranchal) – 248 001 latest by 1500 Hrs on 21st May 2007. Technical bids shall be opened on 21st May 2007 at 1600 Hrs in the presence of tenderers who wish to be present.
5. Director, WII reserves the right to reject any Tender without assigning any reasons.
