TENDER NOTICE SCANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OF SEARCHABLE DATABASE OF AGENDA/MINUTES OF WII COMMITTEES Sealed tenders are invited under two bid system for the Scanning and Development of searchable Database of Agenda/Minutes of WII committees. The tender document (terms and conditions, scope of work and amount of EMD etc.) can be obtained from the Cashier on payment of Rs.250/- through Demand Draft in favour of Director, Wildlife Institute of India payable at Dehradun upto 7.11.2006, or tender document may be downloaded from the Institute’s website www.wii.gov.in. In case the tender document is downloaded from the Institute’s website, the cost of Tender document i.e. Rs.250/- (non-refundable) should be enclosed with the Technical Bids in form of Demand Draft payable to Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun, failing which tender shall not be considered by the Institute. The Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun, reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons. The technical and commercial bids in a separate sealed envelops should be submitted to the Administrative Officer, Wildlife Institute of India, P.O. Box No. 18, Chandrabani, Dehradun – 248 001 latest by 1500 hrs on 17th November, 2006.
