TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Tenders are invited for the supply of (i) Water Analysis Field Kit (ii) Bench Top Digital Conductivity Meter and (iii) Digital Bench Top pH meter for Research Laboratory. The Tender document (containing technical specifications, Terms and Conditions, amount of EMD etc.), can be obtained from the Administrative Officer, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun on payment of Rs. 500/- through Demand Draft in favour of Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun or the Tender document may be downloaded from the Institute’s website. http://www.wii.gov.in. In case the Tender document is downloaded from the Institute’s website, a Demand Draft of Rs.500/-(cost of Tender Document) drawn in favour of Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun may be enclosed with the Technical Bid. The last date for selling of Tender Document is 4th August, 2006.
The tender document duly filled should be submitted in two bid systems i.e. (i) Technical and (ii) Financial to the office of the Administrative Officer, Wildlife Institute of India, P.O. Box No. 18, Chandrabani, Dehradun – 248 001 by 1500 hrs on 11.8.2006. The Technical bid will be opened on 11.8.2006 at 1530hrs. in the presence of vendors or their authorized representatives, who decide to be present. The Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun, reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons.
