TENDER NOTICE
Wildlife Institute of India is an Autonomous Institution under the Ministry of Environment & Forests, Government of India, New Delhi. We intend to enter into “Rate Contract” for purchase of Conference Bags. Tender document comprising of specifications of bags and terms and conditions etc. may be obtained from the Cashier, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun by 2.6.2006 by paying Rs. 250/- as tender cost or the tender document can be downloaded from the Institute website www.wii.gov.in. In case the tender document is downloaded from the website, a demand draft of Rs. 250/- should be enclosed with tender document.
The tender document duly filled should be submitted in two bid systems i.e. (i) Technical and (ii) Financial alongwith sample of bag with technical Bid, to the office of the Administrative Officer, Wildlife Institute of India, P.O. Box No. 18, Chandrabani, Dehradun-248 001 by 1500hrs on 16.6.2006. The Technical bid will be opened on 16.6.2006 at 1530 hrs. in the presence of vendors or their authorized representative, who decide to be present. The Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun, reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons.
