WII is procuring material from foreign vendors against Custom Duty Exemption Certificate issued by Government of India. Tender are invited from the Recognized Custom House Clearing Agents with valid Government approved licence for getting the consignment cleared from Custom Department and its safe delivery at Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun.
Tender document comprising full details and terms and conditions etc. may be obtained from the Cashier, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun by paying Rs.500/- in cash or demand draft as cost of the tender document OR tender document can be downloaded from the Institute’s web site: www.wii.gov.in. In case the tender document is downloaded from the website, a demand draft of Rs.500/- in favour of Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun should be attached with the tender document; failing which their offer shall not be considered by the Institute. The last date of submission of tender document is 24.2.2006 upto 1500 hrs. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.25,000/- is also required to be deposited alongwith tender document. The tender document completed in all respect should be sent to the Administrative Officer, Wildlife Institute of India, Post Box No. 18, Chandrabani, Dehradun-248 001.
