TENDER NOTICE FOR SECURITY SERVICES No. A/11-18/2006-WII
Sealed tenders in two bid system i.e. (i) Technical bid and (ii) Financial bids are invited by Director Wildlife Institute of India, Chandrabani, Dehradun upto 3.00 PM on 23.6.2006 for providing campus security and housekeeping services at Wildlife Life Institute of India, Chandrabani, Dehradun for a period of one year which is extendable for a further period of two years from eligible Private Limited Security Agencies with experience for providing security and other services to Government and non-Government organizations, Public Sector Undertakings and Private Sectors of repute. Tenderer shall furnish attested copies of following documents along with tender documents:
1. Company”s Registration Certificate
2. EPF, ESI and Service Tax Registration Certificate.
3. Company’s uptodate Balance Sheet for the last two years.
4. EPF, ESI and Service Tax Challan Certificates for the last two years.
5. Company brochure showing the profile
6. A copy of registration under the Company’s Act, 1956.
7. Company should have at least two/three clients of Central Government/State Government/Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings at Dehradun as on date with sufficient strength of Security Guards (Ex-Servicemen). Please attach a list of clients as on date and proof thereof.
8. Company having its own Head Office or Branch Office locally should only apply (Proof to be submitted).
9. The annual turnover should not be less than one crore (Proof to be submitted)
10. Previous credentials to the effect that agreed rate of wages has been paid by the agency to their employees from Labour Enforcement Office.
11. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) (Refundable) in shape of Demand Draft payable to Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun should be attached with the Technical Bid; failing which Tender will be rejected.
12. The cost of the Tender Document is Rs.2,000/- (Non-Refundable) which may be obtained from the Cashier of the Institute in cash or may also be down loaded from the Institute’s web site www.wii.gov.in. In case the tender document is downloaded from the Institute’s website, the cost of Tender document i.e. Rs.2,000/- (non-refundable) should be enclosed with the Technical Bids in form of Demand Draft payable to Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun, failing which tender shall not be considered by the Institute.
13. Last date for selling the tender documents is 14.6.2006 upto 1700 hrs. The tender documents completed in all respects along with EMD deposit must be submitted by 1500 hrs on 23.6.2006. The Technical Bid will be opened on 23.6.2006 at 1530 hrs in the presence of vendors or their authorized representatives, who may like to be present.
14. The Director, WII reserves the right to accept or reject any application for issue of tender document without assigning any reasons.
