Sealed Tenders for ‘PURCHASE OF WEB-GIS SERVER IN IPBES PROJECT’ to be used in Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun are invited in two bids viz. ‘Technical Offer’ and ‘Commercial Offer’ in two separate sealed envelopes and should accordingly be superscribed.

Tender Document comprising full details and terms and conditions etc. may be obtained by hand or by post from the Cashier of the Institute on a payment of ` 500.00 in cash or in shape of demand draft in favour of Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun, Uttarakhand or can be downloaded from the websites www.wii.gov.in or www.eprocure.gov.in. In case the tender document is downloaded, the tender cost of ` 500/- in shape of demand draft should be attached with the Technical bid. The last date of selling the tender document is 31st January 2014 upto 1700 hrs. The last date of submission of tender document is 07th February 2014 upto 1500 hrs. Technical Bids shall be opened on the same day i.e. on 07th February 2014 at 1600 hrs in presence of the bidders. The representative should bring the authorization letter from their vendor for attending the tender opening.
