The
Audio-Visual (AV) Unit is engaged in developing in-house multimedia based
learning resources for use in teaching, training, research and extension
activities of WII.

This unit has to its credit
the in house production of the following video films-

Signature in the Wild
(Part-I & II).

Kailadevi Wildlife
Sanctuary - Peoples perceptions in conservation of biodiversity.

"Smiriti" for
IGNFA.

WII's 'Dedication to the
Nation' by Hon'ble Minister for Environment and Forests .

A skit on conservation
education prepared by XX P.G. Diploma officer trainees at Sariska.

Audio-Visual unit has also
produced 3 synchronized slide tape programme. On a regular basis Wildlife
extension faculty participates in various exhibitions on local and
national levels, some of which are mentioned below-

Govt of India in August,98 at India Gate lawns, New Delhi.
Through these
exhibitions the Institute has tried to propagate the message of conservation of
our natural resources by highlighting on various conservation oriented themes.
The
Audio-Visual unit has a large collection of films,
Audio-Visual programmes and slides and by making use of its equipments like, OHP,
slide projector, LCD projector and Barco hotline projection system it provides
valuable aid in teaching inputs, organisation of workshops and seminars and
conduct outreach activities.
