Annual Research Seminar |

Annual Research Semiar (ARS) has been an annual feature of WII since 1987 and in this WII researchers make presentations based on their field work. The ARS has proved to be an effective means of appraising all participants of our ongoing research projects. Currently, WII is working on different studies in a number of states covering different biogeographic zones and addressing endangered species and their conservation problems including human aspects. Like in previous years the forthcoming ARS will include presentations based on ongoing and recently completed studies highlighting significant findings and their management implications. Forest department officials from various states and prominent scientists and conservationists from India and abroad have been a part of this research seminar. |
