WII/UNESCO/2008 The Wildlife Institute of India wishes to engage on purely temporary and contractual basis the following personnel for its project 'Building partnerships to support UNESCO's World Heritage Programme: India' to be operational in Keoladeo National Park, Rajasthan and Nandadevi National Park, Uttarakhand.
PROJECT ASSISTANT (One)
(a)Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science and 1 years Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized University/Institution.
(b)Desirable
Qualifications: (i) Three year experience in programming and
data processing;
(c) Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on 01/01/2008.
(d) Consolidated Emoluments: Rs. 12000/-month.
(e) Duration: One year from the date of joining, likely to be extended for further period.
HOW TO APPLY: Interested candidates may send their applications on A-4 size plain paper duly indicating (1) Post Applied for; (2) Name in Full; (3) Date & Place of birth; (4) Nationality; (5) Name of the Parent/spouse; (6) Address for correspondence (in block letters) including telephone, fax, email (if any); (7) Permanent address; (8) Whether SC/ST/OBC; (9) Record of Educational/professional qualifications starting from SSC/SSLC/Matriculation onwards indicating clearly the examination passed, University/Board, year of passing, class and percentage of marks and subjects opted; (10) Details of previous/present employment held, if any, in chronological order starting from most recent position held (indicating the name of the employer with full address, post held, salary drawn, period of service, nature of duties); (11) Name and complete address of three referees; (12) Passport size photograph; (13) Duly attested certificates in support of experience claimed; (14) Incomplete application and without supporting certificates will be summarily rejected; (15) The following declaration: I affirm that the information given in this application is true and correct. I also fully understand that if at any stage it is discovered that any attempt has been made by me to willfully conceal or mis-represent the facts, my candidature may be summarily rejected or my employment terminated; and; (16) Signature of the candidate with date.

(Uttarakhand) on or before 11th Feb, 2008 in an envelope
superscribed “Application for the post of PROJECT ASSISTANT Advt.
No.WII/UNESCO/2008”. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to
appear for 'Skill Test' and 'Interview' which will be
held on 19th February, 2008.
